Rescheduling & cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel a booking before the scheduled time from your account or by contacting [email protected].
Refunds
Prepaid fees for cancelled sessions are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
